Kodak Jiffy Six-20 - Art Deco Model

The Kodak Jiffy Six-20 was sold from 1933 to 1937. It uses 620 film and originally sold for $6.75. The lens is a Twindar and has two focusing options - 5 to 10 feet & beyond 10 feet.

This particular model is the “Art Deco” version, which differs from the base model in that the front has a grid of lines surrounding the lens.

    Hello,
My name is Paula, I have a Jiffy kodak six 20 camera. It’s in really perfect use.
But i don’t have idea that correct form that put the film and running.
You have a link, where i find this information.

    thanks

  2. Sure don’t. The best I can do is that I’m pretty sure it uses 620 film, which is the same width as 120 but on a smaller spool.

  3. It does indeed use 620 film. If you are really wanting to use the camera, you can re-spool 120 film onto a 620 spool. Film for Classics (http://www.filmforclassics.com) sells re-spooled film if you don’t want to try it yourself.

  4. You can also simply use 120 film and a 620 take-up spool.

  5. jandcphoto.com sells specially cut 620 film. It’s the only place that you can get actual 620 film.

  6. Correction: I’ve found a few other places that sell 620 film, all of which can be found with a simple search on Yahoo.

  7. please can anyone tell me how to load the film into ym jiffy?? i am having trouble. i do not understand how the film is spooled as i take pictures. i have one knob that winds the film onto the supply spool, but i am not sure at all how to spool it onto the receiving spool as i take photos.

  8. Hey, I have a Brownie Hawkeye and I am looking for some 620 film (which is not made anymore so its 120 film re-rolled onto a 620 roll). If any body as any could you just post a comment and tell me. Also if any body knows where I could find a flash bulb for my camera too, that would be great.

  9. Very useful and informative blog. Recommended for all to see.

  10. Hi, if you look at a 120 roll of film you will notice that there is a ring around the spool wheels, using a pair of nail scissors or clippers carefully cut the ring off. voila! a 620 spool of film. Make sure there are no rough edges and you should haev no problems. I’ve used this trick many times with my Brownie and a few other “620″ camera’s.
