Six Sony cameras fail Chinese consumer testing

Sony China Ltd suspended sales of 6 compact digital cameras after they failed quality tests. 6 out of the 9 Sony cameras submitted failed the testing by China’s National Camera Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. The DSC-H1, DSC-L1, DSC-P200, DSC-W7, DSC-W5, and DSC-S90 were the model numbers. 13 cameras from other manufacturers also failed the quality tests.
